SOI is an active member of the professional employer services industry. The
fundamental nature and defining characteristic of SOI lies within the sense of unity that
is established with our clients, their worksite employees, our national partners and our
associates. We rely on our reputation as a trusted partner to our clients, and take pride
in the fact that we are more than a vendor to whom they outsource various aspects of
their operations.
In operation since 1990, SOI has emerged as one of the nation‘s leading Professional
Employer Organizations (PEOs). We have established a national platform in which we are
engaged in long-term relationships with “blue-chip” vendor partners providing
integrated human resource services to small and medium-sized businesses in select
industries in all 50 states. In 2007, SOI revenues exceeded $1 billion, and the company
issued more than one million paychecks for its client‘s employees.
SOI is currently engaged in a comprehensive rebranding initiative. “SOI has been a
successful company operating in a niche market for about 16 years. The company has
undergone minor branding changes in that time, yet needed to solidify its entire
branding strategy and integrate our messaging throughout the entire organization in
order to facilitate our transition to the next level. This includes public web site,
